What's New With Me?
The Fall is officially here, this is without my favorite time of year. I've noticed a pickup in activity for my listings which could be a direct result of the interest rates. It's been an extremely time of year for me because I'm carrying 20 listings in many different communities. I really like to focus my area of business within the 6 surrounding communities. This has been without a doubt the most "challenging" real estate market I've been in since I started my career in 2002. Outside of real estate there's many exciting things going on in my life and with my family.
Currently my softball team is finishing up our season and we're in our 8th championship series in our 8th year, we're actually playing longer then the Red Sox, sorry it's a bad joke for Sox fans. My father, Diann and I are excited to go down to North Carolina for my nephew Trevor's baptism, it will be wonderful to see my sister and her family even if it's only for a day.
Diann and I are always looking for new places to go to when the winter months hit, we've yet to decide where we might go this year. Turks and Caicos remains a hit with us, it was without a doubt our favorite vacation we've been to outside of Bermuda but unfortunately you can't go to Bermuda in the winter months because it's not warm enough there. We've also been thinking strongly about adding another addition to our family, right now we have our yellow lab dog Ruby whose 8 years old and have been thinking about getting her a sister. Right now some of the choices we've been thinking about is a Boston Terrier, Rat Terrier or Puggle? My personal "all time" favorite dog is a boxer, I just don't know if we want to get another big dog at this time with our crazy schedule.
