I can't believe it's already April, it's been my best start ever. By the end of this month, I will have closed 15 properties which puts me on pace for 45 sales for the year. While that seems like a very lofty projection, my main goal always is to focus on "one deal at a time". The Newburyport market couldn't be hotter at this time, I wish the trickle down effect would make the surrounding communities as busy but Newburyport is it's own entity.
